I just changed that link to forward to the actual XML file instead of the php script that generates the RSS.  Hopefully this will keep the folks at powerball.com from getting aggitated.  (We don't aggitate the dots). 

Anyway, the feed gets updated every night at 10:30pm CST, 30 minutes after the drawing takes place. 

Of course numbers are only picked on Wed. and Sat., but I run it every night to keep the jackpot estimate current.
