Folks in the Raleigh area... Time Warner is boosting the download speed from 5 mbps to 7mbps for Road Runner, and from 8mbps to 10mbps for Turbo. Unfortunately the upload speed still sucks. Reset your cable modem to apply the changes.  |

Sweet. Mine reads about 5000 kb/s and about the same upload. |
