...but i'm writing this update instead. now, what have we today for our loving and loyal audience? we have another useless link!!! TokiDoki is completely useless, but its different, and for some reason i like it. look around the site, and enjoy the ambiance.
well, now that thats out of the way... more useless rambling. i've noticed that on a lot of websites the authors often have these HUGE long "news" updates (not at all unlike this one) in which they ramble on about nothing thats important to anyone but themselves. (are you still reading this?) don't you hate that? WELL I"M NOT GOING TO DO IT! hence, the end

The computer I have been using for the past year-and-a-half was a spare of Wayne's. The reason this was necessary is that my computer is five years old. The poor old lass just doesn't have it in her anymore.
Now Wayne's old computer must prepare itself for abandonment, because, at long last, I have aquired a new computer.
I'm so happy with it, I almost can't contain myself! Let's see what we have here, in ascending order of interest:
I did make up some screen shots with UT2k3 running with every setting maxed out, but I wasn't able to connect to our ftp server to upload the pics. Oh well, the screenshots don't do it justice anyway.
I'm going to download more stuff now!

- Asus nForce2 motherboard (integrated 6 channel sound), with 400 mhz fsb
- 512 mb Corsair RAM (400 mhz)
- Seagate 120G HD w/ 8 mb cache (7200 RPM)
- AMD Athlon XP 2600+
- ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128 mb

Closed for the holidays

In case you didn't notice, our terribly informative and relevant updates have been kind of scarce lately. There is a perfectly good explanation for this. Finals. Preparing for finals, taking finals, stressing about the rest of the finals, taking more finals, celebrating completing finals, etc.
After the post-final celebration, I basically just played a lot of video games. In my vegitative state, I just didn't think to update the page, nor did I bother with hastling anybody else to update it for me.
That explains it for the past few weeks. Now to explain why we probably won't be doing it for a while again.
Dueling Monkeys will be temporarily in hibernation for the holidays. Fear not, we will be back come January, but we'll probably be too busy playing with christmas toys to have any real content with us. Either way, expect hijinx and hilarity.
I suppose that so this whole post isn't a complete waste of your time, I will post a funny video courtesy of master Morimoto: Mario Brothers 3 TIME ATTACK!
