Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 – 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Pack of Bacon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sliced Ham
  • Muenster Cheese (or any substitute)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pound chicken until about 1/4" thick
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
  4. Top each piece with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese
  5. Fold chicken over ham and cheese
  6. Wrap chicken with 1 or 2 slices of bacon
  7. Place wrapped chicken side by side in a shallow baking pan
  8. Bake for about 40 – 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and bacon is browned
