Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 – 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Pack of Bacon
- Salt & Pepper
- Sliced Ham
- Muenster Cheese (or any substitute)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pound chicken until about 1/4" thick
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
- Top each piece with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese
- Fold chicken over ham and cheese
- Wrap chicken with 1 or 2 slices of bacon
- Place wrapped chicken side by side in a shallow baking pan
- Bake for about 40 – 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and bacon is browned
