Procrast's Empty Fridge Special

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts (4)
  • cottage cheese
  • peperoni
  • shredded chedder cheese

Directions

  1. put the chicken flat out on a flat baking pan.
  2. put cottage cheese on top of the chicken (but not too thick)
  3. put peperonis on top of the cottage cheese, and then sprinkle the chedder liberally all over everything
  4. bake at 375 for 15-20 min (keep an eye on it)
  5. make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through and then enjoy!

i discovered this little dish a while back when there wasn’t anything in the fridge but the ingredients above. it turned out pretty good!

i’m not sure about the price, or how healthy you think it is. me and the other research paper demons sure like it.
